ALL IN ALL WE GOT A GOOD VALUE FOR OUR MONEY

THERE IS NO BREAKFAST PROVIDED BY THE HOTEL. ITS FINE WITH US, THE ONLY PROBLEM IS THE OUTDATED LAVATORY, AND THE HOT WATER IS NOT WORKING. THE AIRCONDITIONING IS FINE.

You get what you pay for, but could be better.

The price is cheap and the location is good as it is near IT Park and near JY square

The bathroom isnt as clean as we wanted it to be. There's no bidet, and the tissue holder is broken. the bath tub doesn't drain properly when showering. the bathroom floor also doesn't drain well. altho it does not flood, just be prepared for wet floors

it was cheap. and not too far from where we wanted to go. and their ref is big…

there was a cockroach in our toilet. and we asked for separate beds , and they gave us separate beds but next to one another with no room to move the beds…

The location is perfect. The staff are very helpful. Overall, I would love recommending it to people

I like that it is very accessible to SM and Ayala and very near IT Park. The location is perfect especially if you are travelling with family and friends.

Facilities are quite old but clean. I'm not sure about toilets in other rooms but I suggest they have bidet. It is uncomfortable using the telephone shower while using the toilet. Also, it would be better if there is an option for an accom with free breakfast.

So far, we only stayed at the hotel at night to sleep. Hopefully next time they can provide an electric kettle instead of going down every morning to take hot water for coffee.

During our last night staying at the hotel. My brother complained to me that the occupant beside their room were very noisy up until 2am in the morning. Even the staff already went to them. Tsk!

has a window but you can’t see anything but concrete wall. and the room is so dark. the bathroom is dirty and the water is stinks, blankets has holes and stains, no kittle for hot water, has thermos in the room but so rusted, and you have to keep calling the room service for hot water and no drinking water provided at all even though just a small battle water. no soap, no shampoo, no toothpaste or toothbrush or slippers provide even just disposable.
